Mining equipment

In 1994, our enterprise, in cooperation with DONGIPROUGLEMASH Institute (Donetsk) and according to their design documentation, has initiated and has put modern hydraulic emulsion control equipment for coal mines to production, employing aircraft engineering technologies.

Currently, the plant manufactures the following series-produced items:

• Hydraulic distributors ЭРА32 (34 options);
• Pressure-relief valves ГВТН-10У;
• Hydraulic locks КГУ-3У;
• Hydraulic distributors РСД-05, РСД-10;
• Pressure-relief valves МК97, МК98;
• Pressure-relief valves КПС;
• Electro-hydraulic distributors ГСД16-24Э;
• Hydraulic props;
• Electro-hydraulic control assembly МЭГ.00.000-01.

This hydraulic equipment finds its application in the following assemblies and equipment units:

• Powered roof supports 1МТ, 2МТ, roof-support complex КМТ;
• Powered roof supports КД80, КД90, КД90Т, КДД, ДМ;
• Powered roof support КГУ;
• Powered roof support МК-98А;
• Powered roof supports «Sputnik»;
• Sinking and heading machines;
• Cutter-loaders.

All manufactured products conform to European requirements to mining & quarrying equipment, while in some units of equipment, such as РСД and ГСД distributors, a copyright-protected know-how was used resulting in producing a distributor with piloted controls responsible for a significant decrease in stress on operating control elements.

Mining equipment by JSC «DAP» is used in all coal-mining enterprises of Ukraine, as well as a number of machine-building factories, such as Druzhkovsky engineering factory, Sverdlovskiy engineering factory and Kamenskiy engineering factory.
