Galvanic coating & painting workshop

PJSC «Dnepropetrovsk Aggregate Plant» provides a range of services for galvanic and chemical coating of components and parts, manufactured from structural steels, tool steels and varied aluminum alloys. The on-site painting workshop offers a wide opportunity for painting procedures. Sizes, configuration and masses of coated parts is limited only to the volume capacity of galvanic baths and drying kilns.
Each stage of galvanic coating and paint coating process is subject to continuous process control on the part of quality management specialists, using special-purpose equipment – thickness gauges, micrometers, etc.
Galvanic workshop of the plant wields extensive capacities employable for the following coating technological processes:

1. Electrochemical zinc plating (galvanizing) with supplementary oxide phosphatization or chromate conversion coating (passivation) of low-alloyed steels on the mechanized coating line.
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 20 kg, by length – not more than 0,6 m.
2. Cadmium plating
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 5 kg, by length – not more than 0,6 m.
3. Copper plating
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 3 kg, by length – not more than 0,6 m.
4. Tin plating (stationary)
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight –not more than 5 kg, by length – not more than 0,6 m.
5. Tin plating (chamber-charging), intended for coating of small-size components with Ø not less than 5 mm.
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 3 kg (per one charging of chamber).
6. Chrome plating
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 70 kg, by length – not more than 1,0 m.
7. Chemical nickel plating
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 3 kg, by length – not more than 0,7 m., by width – not more than 0.3 m.
8. Chemical phosphating
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 5 kg, by length – not more than 1,0 m.
9. Anodic coating (chromic acid anodizing, sulfuric acid anodizing, hard anodizing)
   Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 3 kg, by length – not more than 0,7 m., by width – not more than 0.6 m.
10. Silver plating
    Workpiece/component dimensions: by weight – not more than 3 kg, by length – not more than 0,35 m., by width – not more than 0.3 m.
11. Component paint coating
    Workpiece/assembly dimensions: by weight – not more than 10 kg, by height – not more than 0,6 m., by width – not more than 0.6 m.
